Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza soup with leeks
Ingredients
- 5 Gyoza
- 30 cl of chicken broth
- 20 g chopped chives
- 20 g chopped leek
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the broth, minced ginger and minced garlic in a saucepan, and continue cooking for a few minutes

Add gyoza and soy sauce to the broth, then season with salt and pepper.
