Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza soup with soy milk, Japanese style
Ingredients
- 5 Gyoza
- 100 g Chinese cabbage cut into strips
- Vegetables (eg soy, carrot, zucchini)
- 25 cl of Japanese broth or chicken broth
- 10 cl of soy milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 10 g lightly grilled white sesame
- 1 tbsp chopped leeks

Step 1
Heat the Japanese broth
Step 2
Add the chopped vegetables, gyoza and soy sauce
Step 3
Add toasted sesame and soy milk and cook gently
Step 4
Decorate with chopped leeks.
