Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza soup with Thai curry
Ingredients
- 5 gyoza
- 1/6 Bell pepper cut into strips
- 100 g (2 leaves) Chinese cabbage cut into strips
- 3 cm zucchini cut into strips
- 25 cl of chicken broth
- 10 cl of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Heat the chicken broth
Step 2
Add the chopped vegetables and curry powder and continue cooking for a few seconds.

Add the gyoza and cook gently
Step 4
Add coconut milk and boil lightly
