Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza tempura
Ingredients
- 4 gyoza lightly thawed (leave 15min at room temperature)
- 65 g of flour
- 10 g of parmesan powder
- 12 cl of water
- 1 g of baking powder
- 5 basil leaves
- Lemon
- Salt
- Oil to fry

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil at 180°
Step 2
Put the flour, parmesan powder, water, baking powder, basil and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Dip the gyoza in the prepared dough and fry about 2 min
Step 4
Drain well on paper towels, and serve with a lemon wedge
